Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. Agree to the Terms and Conditions, submit the form, and verify your account using the OTP sent to your email or phone. The whole process takes less than two minutes, and it's completely free.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on PHWagi. This is in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification may be required during registration or before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and any balance returned.

No. Each person is allowed only one PHWagi account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension. Standard account verification requires a valid government-issued ID — this can be a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or voter's ID. You may also be asked to submit a selfie holding your ID. This process is required before processing larger withdrawals and is a regulatory requirement for player protection.

Deposits & Funding

Log in to your PHWagi account, go to the Deposit section of your dashboard, and select your preferred payment method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount, confirm the transaction, and your balance will be updated instantly in most cases.

The minimum deposit at PHWagi is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) so there are no hidden currency conversion charges. There are no platform fees on deposits — though your payment provider (e.g. GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own standard service charges.

Most deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within a few minutes, while PESONet transfers may take up to a business day depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Yes. All financial transactions on PHWagi are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Philippine banks. Your payment details are never stored on our servers unencrypted. Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, the withdrawal method not matching the deposit method, unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses, or a discrepancy in your account details. After completing registration and verifying your account, make your first qualifying deposit of at least ₱100. Wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements) specify how many times you need to bet with a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real cash.
